OTTAWA-Telco indicates that fast busy problem is due interconnect problem caused by flooding in that area. They attempting to resolve the issues asap. Continued flooding may hamper their efforts. Throughout the next few days customers may continue to experience issues. Customers who wish to use the Lawrence connect number may do so at 785-727-4177.
